You might guess, why Jiří Černický called his story Of Anemone a fairy-tale after the fairy-tale. This tale does not want to carry you into the magic world of fairy-tale, where everybody can rely, that there the Good will conquer the Evil in the end. On the contrary, the story is heading here, to our everyday present:, documentary photographs instead of illlustration are accompanying it to lead the reader for example to rock-club, where our story begins, to the kitchen table, where the bride is preparing wedding breakfast, or to the sheet – future flying carpet, where she unbagged mysterious things from her plastic bag. Colour photographs either document or with the aid of subjects reconstruct the story of the tale. The Second Prize of the Minister of Culture for the Most Beautiful Book of 2004 in category of YOUTH.
